Project Context

The Ordos International Conference Center is an important platform for external exchanges and exhibitions in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. In 2025, it will launch a comprehensive renovation project for the venue, aiming to enhance its modernization level and comprehensive service capabilities. As the part of the venue with the highest usage frequency, the floor needs to meet multiple requirements such as high-intensity use, visual aesthetics, comfort and quietness, as well as environmental friendliness and health. Relying on its outstanding product performance and one-stop installation services, Inner Mongolia Luju Plastic Products Co., Ltd. has successfully won the supply and construction project of the plastic flooring for this project.

Project Requirement

High load-bearing capacity: The floor must have excellent wear and pressure resistance, suitable for the high foot traffic and equipment transportation during large exhibitions and conferences.
Comfortable and quiet: It should have a good foot feel and sound absorption effect, providing a quiet and comfortable environment for long meetings and activities.
Aesthetic harmony: The floor design should blend with the modern and grand interior decoration style of the conference center to enhance the overall spatial quality.
Environmental protection and safety: Materials must comply with national green building material standards, be non-toxic and harmless, and ensure indoor air quality.
Efficient construction: The renovation project is time-pressured, with the task of laying out approximately 10,000 square meters needing to be completed within 30 days.

Solution

Product selection: The product adopts the Xingyan series plastic flooring, with a thickness of 2.0mm. The surface is covered with a high-impact-resistant UV coating, and the wear resistance level reaches grade P. The middle layer is equipped with high-density silent pads, effectively reducing the noise from walking and dragging.
Design Plan: Targeted designs are carried out based on the functions of different areas: The main conference hall is decorated with a coffee-colored texture, presenting a solemn and elegant appearance; the corridors and rest areas choose a warm gray color scheme, combined with a simple stone texture effect, enhancing the sense of space extension; the multi-functional hall adopts a rock color design, balancing warmth and a business-like atmosphere.
Professional Construction: Luju dispatches a professional team with extensive experience in large-scale venue construction to achieve rapid paving, significantly reducing the construction period. During the construction process, the flatness of the base layer is strictly controlled, with an overall error of no more than ±1.5mm.
Environmental protection guarantee: All plastic flooring has passed the ISO14001 environmental management system certification. The formaldehyde emission is less than 0.01mg/m³, and it has obtained the “China Environmental Label Product” certificate.

Feedback on usage: After the floor was put into use, its wear resistance and noise reduction effect were outstanding. Daily cleaning and maintenance were simple, significantly reducing long-term operating costs.
