A good floor is not “cooked”, but “calculated”.

Strict control of raw materials: We strictly use 100% brand-new environmentally friendly PVC resin and refuse any recycled materials of unknown origin.

Computerized weighing: All stabilizers, wear-resistant factors and color powder proportions are all digitally controlled by the computer, accurate to the milligram level.

Ⅱ、 Benchmark Production: Making “Samples” a Thing of the Past

Many manufacturers have one set of samples for prototypes and another for the final product. We adopt the “first article benchmarking system”:

Dynamic color tracking: Every hour on the production line, a physical sample is taken and compared with the sample in a 5000Lux strong light environment to check for color differences.

Texture calibration: Ensure the clarity and feel of the wood grain or stone texture is exactly the same as the sample, replicating it 1:1.
