Our recent visit to the Canton Fair has been truly enlightening. As a PVC flooring manufacturer, while we did not exhibit this time, the extensive face-to-face conversations we engaged in provided a direct pulse on the global market. We gained a clearer understanding of client needs and the future direction of our industry.

During the fair, we held in-depth discussions with buyers, designers, and project stakeholders from around the world. One key takeaway is that the market is evolving rapidly. Client inquiries have moved beyond basic specifications to focus on more fundamental values:

  • Questions about “sustainability” are becoming more specific. From recycled content in raw materials to carbon footprint in production, and whether products carry authoritative eco-certifications, green has become a mandatory criterion, not just a bonus.
  • “Authenticity” and “high performance” must coexist. The market demands flooring that is virtually indistinguishable from natural materials in both visual and tactile experience, while also excelling in physical properties like wear resistance, stability, and acoustic performance. Aesthetics and durability are equally indispensable.
  • Regional needs vary significantly. Different climates, application scenarios, and regulatory markets present customized requirements. This reminds us that we must build a more agile R&D and service response system.

These insights strongly align with our long-term commitment to product innovation and process improvement. The rigor of our clients is our greatest motivation; market trends chart the course for our evolution.

We extend our gratitude to every partner who took the time to speak with us at the fair. Each sincere conversation fuels our progress. Moving forward, we will remain focused on our core mission: leveraging reliable technology and dedicated craftsmanship to create more aesthetically pleasing, durable, and environmentally friendly flooring solutions, working with global partners to build better spatial experiences together.
